It should be noted that if the papers are indexed in any other database by the authors, including IEEEXplore, it will not be possible to review the paper as a selected paper for publication in this journal. It is necessary to note that the cost of printing of selected papers in this journal is according to the rules of IECO and IPAPS 2024 does not have any responsibility in this regard.
