Guide for New User Registration

1. Start by clicking on the registration link and then enter your mobile phone number to request an activation code.
Note: You are allowed to register only once with each phone number.
2. After registering the activation code, proceed to enter your personal information and complete the registration process. At this stage, please check your email and follow the activation email.
Note: If you do not see the activation email in your Inbox, make sure to check your Spam folder.
3. This will grant you access to the conference user panel.
4. If necessary, you can modify your information and password from the relevant menus in your user panel.

Guidelines for Manuscript Submission

Please carefully review the following points before submitting any manuscript:
1. First, download the manuscript writing guidelines provided below and save them on your system.
2. Then, copy your manuscript text and paste it into the appropriate template file (your manuscript must adhere to the provided instructions).
3. Save your original manuscript file in both Word and PDF formats on your computer's drive.

Submitting a New Manuscript

After registering on the website and preparing your manuscript according to the above instructions, follow these steps to submit your manuscript:
1. Log in to your user control panel.
2. Register basic information about your manuscript under the "Submit Manuscript" menu (please note that in this stage, you can submit only the abstract of your manuscript).
3. To submit the full manuscript, complete the manuscript submission form and submit it. Then, proceed to upload the full manuscript in both Word and PDF formats (failure to upload the required files will result in the manuscript not being sent for review).
4. Upon acceptance, you are required to make the necessary payments according to the fee schedule (failure to make the payment will be considered as withdrawal from the conference participation).
